Dear Sir or Madam,

Edisun Power is issuing a new 5-year bond with a total volume of CHF 30 million (option to increase) and an interest rate of 3.5%. The fixed maturity is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029. The management of the bonds is free of charge and there are no issuance fees.
